The CCSi (Customer Center for Solutions Integration), is host to hundreds of Customers each year. The CCSi is where customer needs and technological solutions come together thru the Systems Staging process. The CCSi Engineering Team works with field teams to develop the fine design details of a Radio Communications System and to support the fundamental objective of Total Customer Satisfaction.

  • Aggressive problem-solving skills and the ability to get things done in a multi-organizational environment.
  • Effective communications including public speaking and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, Knowledge of active directory and virtual machines. 

  • Work with a team of staging engineers and field personnel to test customer systems.
  • Provide "hands-on" support for systems testing and troubleshooting.
  • Serve as a catalyst for the resolution of product and system problems and communicate issues quickly and accurately to the staging engineers. 

20% cushion for OT correct

10% cushion for expenses if travel is required at some point correct
